Refund policy
At Whiskers & Blooms, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 14-day return policy. This gives you two weeks from the date you receive your item to decide whether or not it meets your expectations. If it doesn't, you can initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. It's important to keep your receipt or provide proof of purchase, as we'll need it to process your return.

After we've confirmed your return is eligible, we'll give you a return shipping label and specific instructions on packaging and sending the item back to us. Remember, items sent back to us without prior approval for a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We make every effort to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive your order and notice the item is defective, damaged, or not the item you ordered, please contact us immediately. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether that's by sending a replacement item or refunding your order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. This includes perishable goods like food, flowers, or plants, custom products like special orders or personalized items, personal care goods like beauty products, and any hazardous materials or flammable liquids/gases.
Unfortunately, we also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you're unsure whether your item falls into one of these categories, please contact us before attempting to initiate a return.
Exchanges
We understand that sometimes you might change your mind about a product, or you might receive a gift that you wish to exchange. To facilitate an exchange, we recommend returning the item you currently have.
Here's how it works:

Initiate a Return: Start by initiating a return for the item you currently have, using the standard return procedure outlined above. Remember, the item must be in the same condition as when it was received, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. Also, a receipt or proof of purchase is necessary.

Wait for Approval: Once the return is accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Order the New Item: After your return is accepted, you can proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. This separate purchase ensures that the item you want is available and gets to you faster.

Monitor Your Refund: The returned item will undergo inspection, and if approved, a refund will be issued. This might take some time due to processing at the bank or credit card company, but you should see a refund within 10 business days of approval.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Under European Union (EU) Consumer Rights Directive, customers within the EU are entitled to a special cancellation right, often referred to as the '14-Day Cooling Off Period'. This right allows you to change your mind for any reason and cancel your order within 14 days, starting from the day after you receive your goods. This is a right specific to EU customers and is in addition to our standard return policy.
Here's how it works:

Right to Cancel: If you are an EU customer, you have the right to cancel your order without giving any reason, at any time within 14 days from the day after you receive all goods in an order.

Notification: To exercise this right, please notify us by sending an email to whiskersbloom@gmail.com, clearly stating your decision to cancel the order.

Return the Goods: Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation. The goods must be returned in the same condition as when they were received - unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will be required.

Refund: We will then refund you the price paid for the goods, including the original delivery charge, within 14 days of receiving the goods back. However, please note that we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit.
Please remember that this '14-Day Cooling Off Period' is in addition to, and does not affect, your other rights, including the right to receive a refund for faulty goods under our standard return policy.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it passes inspection, we'll notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note, any original shipping charges and return shipping costs will not be included in the refund amount. Instead, they will be deducted from your refund. This means the amount refunded will be the purchase price of the returned item less any shipping costs associated with the initial delivery and the return.
